Randy is very easy to get a hold of and such a nice man. He came to my house multiple times to get everything set up as I built my home and didn't have internet the first time he came to set up my security system. He made sure I felt safe in my own home even though he couldn't do everything the first visit. He stayed in contact with me as we were waiting for my Wi-Fi.
